I must say I didn't like the Windows XP Search function very much so I decided to write my own. Here it is for anyone who might like to have it for your own personal use.

It will search drives or directories or... in advanced mode search you can search different selected drives and directories.

The program can also let you view or hear certain selected files. Such as:

Graphics	Audio	Compressed	Text
jpg jpeg bmp ico emf wml	wav	zip -You can view the contents of zip files. -These files can also be unzipped	txt rtf ini inf bat log	pas dpr dpk nfo html htm
You can also add you own extension along with a program that will view the file. As I did for .db files I wanted to open with a certain program and .doc files I wanted to open with Microsoft Word.

You can Copy, Move, Rename or Delete selected files.
But beware... deleted files are not sent to the windows recycle bin... they are deleted.

If you are searching any of the "Text" type files you can search for words or phrases in these files. When you select a file the found word or phrase will be displayed in red in the view screen.
