Pecan Pie

Here's what you need:

4 Eggs
2 Cups Granulated sugar
1 Cup Butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1 Cup Pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 ts Vanilla
4 ts Vinegar
2 Pastry for 9-inch pie

Directions
1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy.
2. Beat in sugar and butter.
3. Add next ingredients. Stir.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Bake on bottom shelf in 350 F oven about 40 minutes until set.

Makes 2 pies.
