Eggs Benedict

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayo
2 teaspoons milk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
4 eggs
4 slices bacon
2 English muffins
dash red pepper sauce
nonstick spray coating

Directions
1. Combine yogurt, mayo, milk, dry mustard and red pepper sauce... set aside
2. Cook the bacon
3. Poach the eggs
4. Slice the 2 muffing in half
5. Cook and stir sauce over a low heat. DO NOT BOIL
6. To serve: top each muffin with 1 slice of bacon, 1 1 egg and 1/4 sauce.
